I just opened & had my first serving of Viola's Granola. Had to let you know that it was heavenly! Always enjoy my cereal with fruit; but did not want anything to get in the way of the marvelous flavors. (Ate fruit separately.)     The perfect granola: very fresh, with a lovely balance of flavors and just the right touch of sweetness. (I don't like it too sweet.) Superior to any store bought granola I've found.
